2017 Range Rover Sport to Get Minor Tweaks
Minor changes to the exterior are due for the latest Range Rover Sport, which is expected to hit production next year. Pictures of the development prototype have already surfaced and one can seethe new look of the grille, which shows a honeycomb design.
Adjustments to the front bumper are also visible. Compared to the current Rover Sport model, the foglight strips of the incoming model are vertical and sit further on the respective sides.
It’s still uncertain whether there will be changes to the car’s drivetrain. There are expectations on retaining the line-up of turbo-charged engines of the current model, the 3.0-litre V6 diesel and a4.4-litre V8. They also expect the range-topping model’s supercharged 502bhp 5.0-litre V8 unit to stay.
Hopefully, the 2017 Range Rover Sport will push through with its expected launch in the first quarter of next year.
